Dog
Adoptions Page 2
Many
of the dogs listed on our site are at local shelters where they
run the risk of their time running out. Because we can't take
every dog in need, we try to spotlight them here on our website
so they get more exposure, and hopefully permanent homes.
We
rely on foster care for dogs while looking for permanent home
for them. If you or anyone you know are interested in fostering,
please contact Victoria King at 502-859-5342, info@hollys.org

Maggie
is a 3 year old small rottie mix (about half the size of a pure-bred
rottie). She is housetrained, good with kids, cats, and other
dogs. Her person moved to a place where she could only keep Maggie
outside, and since Maggie has always been a house dog, she thought
it would be better to find her an indoor home.

Missy
lived her whole life at a collector's house where she was never
touched. It took us some time to get her out of the fence, but
we did and she's in foster care. She is crate and housetrained,
but still needs some socialization. She is great with other animals,
and is just waiting for someone with a lot of patience and love
to come along. She would never hurt anyone, she is just fearful
that they will hurt her.
