We rely on foster care for cats while looking for permanent home for them. If you or anyone you know are interested in fostering, please contact Victoria King at 502-859-5342, info@hollys.org

Boss is an amazing kitty! He is long and lanky, and very, very sweet. He has amazing green eyes. He loves other cats, and he loves to sleep with people. Boss just gets along with everyone! He does have a flea allergy so he needs to be kept on frontline even though he is an indoor cat.

For video of Sugar click below.

Sugar, AKA Captain Picard has been through A LOT. When we first got the email from Carrolton KY we knew he was sick, but we didn't know just how bad he was. He had a terrible upper respiratory that was in his lungs, an abscess on his leg, and he appears to have been burned between his right eye and ear. That's why his right eye is so slanted - the skin is actually permanently pulled up. He is recovering and looks much better than he did when he first came. His only special need will be eye ointment on a daily basis. Can you give this guy a lifetime of love after his lifetime of abuse and neglect?

Boomerang showed up at one of our cat colonies with a severely injured eye. We weren't sure if she was feral, so we trapped her and scheduled surgery. Her eye had to be removed, but she has healed up well from that injury. While recovering, we discovered that she really wanted to trust us. By day 3 she was letting us pet her and she was giving us head-butts and making biscuits. Now we are able to hold her and she purrs in our arms. She is a special little cat (and she is very little for an adult).

Willie has come a long way since found laying in a back yard starving and dehydrated. He’s now a very playful kitten who loves other cats. He is a bit shy with new people, but purrs immediately when picked up and loved on. He likes to give little love-bites, but they are gentle.
